My name is Coach Brandon Cook and this is my 2nd year to teach mathematics at WOMS. I am adding on Algebra I for 8th graders this year and am excited for a new subject. As well as teaching, I will be coaching high school football where I am the cornerbacks coach and co-special team coordinator. I will also be an assistant coach for the high school basketball team and will be coaching the 8th grade basketball team. My last coaching responsibility is assistant baseball. With this schedule, I will be missing some class days due to tournaments for these sports. I graduated from UT Tyler in 2022 with my BS in Mathematics. Before that, I graduated from WOHS in 2017 where I spent my junior and senior year. I was in NHS, Journalism, FCA and played three varsity sports. One thing you must know about me is that I am passionately supportive of all activities associated with WOISD. Negative mindsets in my classroom don’t stay that way for long!
